The Communications Committee maintains a directory of Meeting members and attenders. It exists in two forms: a printed version and a Word file and includes the following information(hopefully all, but may be partial) for those who are willing to be listed:
The directory is not distributed publicly and is available only to members and regular attenders by request. The information is used by the Meeting for mailings and other official tasks and by members and attenders to communicate with others. The directory is updated regularly. Please notify the committee of any changes so that we can update your record(s). Those of you who have directories are requested NOT to pass them on to others as current copies are available as noted above. |
